From A Person Who Has Catered For Weddings Up To 380 People!"
Within 7 Days You Will Be Thinking Like A Professional Wedding Caterer
Dear Fellow Food Enthusiast
Welcome to "Start Wedding Catering"
My name is Kaye Dennan and I have been a wedding reception center owner and have also had several other business in the food industry. I have gained an absolute amazing amount of knowledge in the food industry and also in client relationships, marketing and business growth.
In fact over many years I have had several other types of businesses too but I have always said that the wedding catering business was the best business I ever had.
Don't get me wrong, it was hard work, long hours at times and it did not go without
its problems, but the atmosphere of weddings and other functions can be quite
intoxicating!
One of the very big swinging points for me with the wedding catering business was the
fact that it was not a 7 day a week business, or even a 5 day a week business and
without having all sorts of staff problems it was possible to block out holidays twice
a year. For this reason I believe we were always refreshed and happy to work the long
hours when we were doing business.
Because I am still so enthusiastic about wedding catering I would love to share with
you my knowledge so that you can take it and become your area's top wedding caterer.
